Matatena Fair Play Code

At Instituto Matatena, learning is a game that we all enjoy. To make the game incredible, all players (students and staff) commit to following these rules of healthy coexistence.

1 Respeto al tablero

We treat everyone with dignity. Harassment, discrimination, or offensive comments based on gender, race, age, religion, or sexual orientation will not be tolerate.

2 Tolerancia cero

Any form of harassment or intimidation towards teaching staff or fellow students will result in immediate expulsion without a refund.

3 Ambiente saludable

Instituto Matatena is a smoke, alcohol, and drug-free space. Consuming or entering the premises under the influence of any substance is strictly prohibited.

4 Puntualidad y ritmo

The game starts on time. Out of respect for the group, please be punctual. For private lessons, remember the 12-hour rule for cancellations or rescheduling.

5 Inclusión cultural

We are here to learn and share. Keep an open mind toward Mexican traditions and idioms. Questions are welcome; judgments are not!

6 Cuidado del espacio

If you rent a book or use school materials, please treat them with care. Remember, we are an eco-friendly school.
